For my craft type I used spray paint and acrylic paint. I wanted to my type craft to have a rough / street look by scratching into the paint, doing thick strokes and being very expressive with textures. I found this exercise helpful as it was very hands on and experimental, giving me possible outcomes of what my typeface might turn out like.
